Shaden Nahra
Violin
Shaden brings a distinctive voice shaped by classical mastery and an experimental approach. A Berklee College of Music graduate, he has performed with artists including Rasha Nahas, DAM, Noel Kharman, and Ruba Shamshoum. His recording work includes the conceptual album Arhan Afndy – Tale of a Merchant, co-producing albums by Rasha Nahas and Haya Zaatry, and recording strings for The Synaptik, Lina Makoul, Zeyne, BigSam, Tamer Nafar, Moody Kablawi, and Day Wave. He has also scored two short films and a feature film, composed a site-specific work for an art exhibition, and created a sound installation for a mobile museum.
Drawing from Impressionism, Arabic music, and modal jazz, Shaden often treats the violin like a synthesizer—moving between atmospheric textures, expressive melodies, and rhythmic funk lines.
يحمل شادن بصمة موسيقية مميّزة، تجمع بين التمكّن الكلاسيكي والنهج التجريبي. تخرّج من كلية بيركلي للموسيقى، وشارك في عروض مع فنانين مثل رشا نحّاس، دام، نويل خرمان ورُبى شمشوم. تشمل أعماله التسجيلية الألبوم أرهان أفندي – حكاية تاجر، المشاركة في إنتاج ألبومَي رشا نحّاس وهيا زعاترة، إلى جانب تسجيل الوتريات لفنانين مثل السينابتيك، لينا مخول، زين، بيغ سام، تامر نفّار، مودي قبلاوي وداي ويف. كما ألف موسيقى التصويرية لفيلمين قصيرين وفيلم روائي طويل، وألّف وقدّم عملًا موسيقيًا صُمّم خصيصًا لمعرض فني، وأنتج عملا صوتيًا لمتحف متنقّل. يستمد شادن إلهامه من الموسيقى الانطباعية، الموسيقى العربية والجاز، وغالبًا ما يتعامل مع الكمان كأنه آلة سينثسايزر، متنقّلًا بين الأنسجة الصوتية الحالمة، والألحان التعبيرية، والخطوط الفانكية الإيقاعية.

هو المحرك الإيقاعي لفرقة الكلسات - ناصر يمزج في عزفه على الدرامز بين الجاز والفانك والروك والجروف العربي في أسلوب فانكي انفجاري مليء بالحيوية. سبق له العزف مع فنانين فلسطينيين بارزين مثل نويل خرمان، السينابتيك، لينا مخول، وأكرم عبد الفتاح، ليكرّس مكانته كواحد من أبرز عازفي الدرامز الصاعدين في المشهد الموسيقي.

He’s already played with major Palestinian acts like Noel Kharman, The Synaptik, Lina Makoul, and Akram Abdulfattah, earning his place as one of the most exciting drummers to emerge from the scene
Michel Totry
Guitar & Bass
is the guitarist and bassist of alkalsaat, and a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and audio engineer whose style merges jazz guitar fluency with a conceptual approach to sound, grounded in groove and emotional depth. He is currently studying composition at the Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem, with a musical voice spanning funk, modal jazz, and experimental composition. As an audio engineer, he has worked on various projects, including Haya Zaatry's upcoming album. His compositions include music written for a play performed in 2019 at Beit Al Musica in Shefa Amr. He has played with artists and groups including Zuhair Francis and Tarshiha Ensemble.
هو عازف الجيتار والباس في فرقة الكلسات، وهو فنان متع الآلات وملحّن ومهندس صوت يمزج أسلوبه بين إتقان جيتار الجاز ومقاربة مفاهيمية للصوت، منطلقًا من إحساس بالجروف والعمق العاطفي. يواصل حاليًا دراسة التأليف الموسيقي في أكاديمية القدس للموسيقى والرقص، بصوت موسيقي يمتد بين الفَنك والجاز المقامي والتأليف التجريبي. وبصفته مهندس صوت، عمل على مشاريع متعددة، من بينها الألبوم القادم للفنانة هيا زعاترة. تشمل مؤلفاته الموسيقية موسيقى كتبها لمسرحية عُرضت عام 2019 في بيت الموسيقى بشفاعمرو. كما عزف مع فنانين وفرق من بينهم زهير فرنسيس وفرقة ترشيحا.
